In Shariah blood money is that money which becomes Wajib (obligatory) upon the killer when he committed ‘Qatl Khatta’ (killing by mistake) or ‘Qatl Shibhu Amad’(resembling premeditated). In these cases blood money will be Waajib. (Mukhtasar Qudoori p198)
With regards to your question, if a baby passes away (naturally) while it is still in the womb of the mother then there is no blood money.
