Would scalp medication break the Fast

Asalamualaikum, does application of scalp ointments e.g vasodilators (or any such liquid application or medicine) over the scalp invalidate the fast? Note that such medicines are absorbed through the skin of the scalp.

Answer:

In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.

Applying liquid medicine or oil onto the hair does not break ones fast. (Fatawa Darul Uloom Deoband p.412 v.6)
