I have big question regarding income. By the grace of Allah I am the follower of true sunnah. I am struggling for the past +3 years for a halal job though I am highly qualified person. My friend with same education are at very high position. Most of them are in interest based job. I am looking to get my job in Saudi Arabia but every time failure.
Why this is happeninig with me many a time it happened I got the opportunity but at final stage it failed. I am very needy guy. Someone told me that you have been effected by blackmagic or Jinns. But i don’t believe in except Allah. I am fed up of this failure. Sucidial tendencies have been developed in me.

Answer

You should not think badly of yourself and of the qualifications you have achieved in your life. When Allah (SWA) inflicts any hardships upon anyone, the purpose for this is to either test his true servants as Allah (SWA) in the Holy Quran has said,

“Be sure we shall test you with something of fear, and hunger and some loss of wealth and lives and fruits and glad tidings to those that bear patience”.  (Suarh Baqarah v.156)

Or sometimes these tests can be a means of purification for the pious people.  The Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam has said when a person’s sins increases and nothing remains to remove it then Allah (SWA) inflicts this person with such sorrow, which expiates his sins.  (Tafsir Ibn Kathir)

My advice will be to keep looking for a halal job and keep the aforementioned points in mind.

First and foremost one should understand that sometimes if a person behaves in an un-Islamic way that could lead to Allah (SWA) restricting his rizq and sustenance.

  • ·         Sins and bad actions decreases a person’s rizq, however, on the contrary if someone refrains from sins and shortcomings and fears Allah then Allah (SWA) promises that person rizq.

“And whoever fears Allah, for him Allah brings forth a way out, and gives him provision (rizq) from where he does not even imagine…” (Surah Talaq v.2 – v.3)

  • Similarly, placing trust in Allah will also assist someone in increase of rizq.

“And whoever places his trust in Allah, He is sufficient for him.” (Surah Talaq v.3)”

  • Seeking Istighfar and repentance from Allah.

“Saying ‘Ask forgiveness from your Lord; for He is Oft- Forgiving; He will send rain to you in abundance; “‘And give you increase in wealth and sons; and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers (of flowing water)” (Surah Nuuh v.10-v.12)

  • Maintaining family relations.

Saaiduna Anas Radiallahu Anhu narrates that the Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam said, “Whoever would like to see his provision expanded and his life extended, let him maintain his ties of kinship” (Sahih Bukhari & Sahih Muslim)

  • Reciting Surah Waqiah. (Chapter 56)

Ibn Kathir narrates from Ibn Asakir that Saaiduna Ibn Masud Radiallahu Anhu heard the Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam say, “Whoever recites Surah Waqiah every night will not suffer from poverty.” (Hadith taken from Maariful Qur’an p.280 v.8)
