Q. What can’t one eat from an animal slaughtered according to Shariah?

In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful,

Answer:

There are seven things that are Haraam to eat of an animal that has been slaughtered according to Shariah. These are flowing blood, urinary tract of a male, urinary tract of a female, testicles, glands, bladder and gall bladder. (Fatawa Hindiyya, Vol 5, P290)
