Question

If someone put a plaster on a scratch and then prayed multiple salaah with it on, and then took it off in the evening to see blood on it, would they have to do qadha?

They weren’t bleeding when they put it on.

Answer:

If a bandage cover is applied to a cut that continues to bleed throughout the day or throughout multiple prayer times, then it will be valid to cover the cut with a bandage and make wudhu for each prayer under the ruling of ma’zur (excused state of wudhu). However, if the person was in this state and unknowingly prayed multiple prayers with one wudhu, whilst bleeding throughout, then he will need to pray those prayers that required a fresh wudhu again.[1]
