Question

Assalamualaikum

If a person in his qiraat reads an ayah wrong creating a fasid meaning, does it matter whether he has already read the necessary amount of qiraah?

Answer:

If a person makes a mistake during qira’ah that changes the meaning of the words in Salah, then his salah will become invalid irrespective of whether he completed the necessary amount of qir’ah or not.[1]

Only Allah SWT alone knows best.
