Question:

Is it allowed to recite Allah’s names like ‘Ya khaaliqo’, ‘Ya Baario’ and ‘Ya Musawwiro’ during menstruation?

Answer:

In The Name Of Allah, The Most-Merciful, The Most Kind

It will be permissible for a woman experiencing postnatal bleeding to recite duas from the Holy Quran with the intention of dua. However, it will not be permissible to recite with the intention of reciting the Holy Quran. It is also permissible to recite durood shareef in this state.[1].

With regards to your question, it will be permissible for a woman to read various other dhikrs in her periods. Allah’s name (SWT) is also amongst dhikr.
