Binaural beats have become an emerging type of sound therapy. However, research is inconclusive about the clinical benefits of binaural beat therapy, therefore it should not be relied on completely. Regarding its permissibility, the video link that you sent seems to be fine and free of music. However, I do not believe all binaural beats are completely free of music. Therefore, as long as the sounds are free of music, and every other cause of prohibition, then it is permissible to listen.

I must add that we are not experts and our knowledge regarding this form of sound therapy is limited. Therefore, this fatwa is only in reply to the link which was sent.
