Question:
If a father kiss and hug (while the son was sleeping) his son with lust.
Will this nullify father’s marriage with the son’s mother?
And the son has not reached the age of puberty.
Is there hurmat e musaharah occurred?
Answer:
In The Name Of Allah, The Most-Merciful, The Most Kind
Hurmatul Musaaharah can only be established between a man and a woman. Therefore, a father kissing his son with lust will not nullify the marriage.[1]
However, such an act is vile and sinful if done purposely, it is best to take up all means to abstain from it.
