Question:

Assalamualaikum

Will it be permissible for Muhthhaaj people like who have disabilities, e.g. EyeSight or Hearing disabilities or Mentally Ill people to use/access the video technology, to help them for better communication and understanding? Can you please provide a response?

Like if a person is deaf can he watch videos online to help him understand deen better and for better understanding? As some people understand better when they see lip movement.

And some people suffer from conditions like Retinitis pigmentosa, so they examine their eyes by watching videos to better understand their peripheral vision. And some people who have mental illnesses use certain technology, mainly to do with pictures and video to overcome the condition they have, being a great help to their mental condition.
