Question:

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah

please guide me regarding my job In a school where I accompany my kids and my intention is to spread some good deeni tarbiyat to students along with other education.

Also, I need money for paying my zakat. I observe purdah and there are no males in school teaching staff. only one guard driver and one-two people for office chores. they remain mostly outside of school building.

Answer:

May Allah (SWT) reward you for such carefulness regarding the observation of the rules and regulations between men and women.

The only issues one can see arising is the matter of being in ‘Khalwa’ (seclusion) with one non-mahram and that simply is not the case based on what you have described.

Secondly, one would normally be concerned with the public uniform as there are dressing guidelines for a Muslim woman to take part in public life, and as long as the jilbab (outer garment) and khimar (headscarf) are observed, then the Hijab is complete, and you are entitled as any man to seek your provision by working, shopping, learning and worshipping

Only Allah SWT alone knows best.
