AssalamualaikumMufti sb, the situation is like this: suppose ‘A'(man) is to marry ‘R’ (woman), ‘A ‘suddenly suffers from Erectile Dysfunction after tie up, and for this very reason he delayed nikah, and is of the opinion until he is not physically fit he won’t go for nikah, except if he is allowed in shariah, ‘R’ is not ready to marry anyone else except ‘A’ and she is well aware of the problem. Now my question is
1. Could they go for nikah?
2. Please mention each and every condition if any.

Answer
If ‘R’ agrees to marry ‘A’ as he is, she may do so. However, she cannot come out of ‘A’ ‘s marriage due to his erectile dysfunction.
