Answer:
It is permissible for the husband to use his hands and fingers to make his wife reach orgasm; likewise the wife may use her hands to masturbate the husband. One is allowed to take benefit and satisfaction from every single part of ones wife’s body such as touching, kissing, massaging etc…. Similarly it will also be permissible for a husband to be stroked, touched and masturbated by ones wife’s hand. (Raddul Muhtar p.399 v.2)
