I started a hotel business and I invested money in that. After 4 months I transferred my hotel to another person and now I am taking 400 from him without doing any work in the hotel. Is it permissible to take that money? Please suggest me.

If you have given your hotel on contract (rent) on daily or monthly basis in 400 rupees then it is lawful for you to do so and it is alright to take that amount and use it.
If the case is not of rent then write it clearly and submit your query again.
