What ethical considerations should be taken into account when accepting money from a donor?

Is it permissible for the charitable organization to accept the money that it knows the donor received through interest earnings?

Answer

(Fatwa: 387/305/B=1434)

If someone owns interest money more than halal income or all his income is haram and it is known with surety then it is not lawful to accept such amount. But if interest income is less and halal is more, then it is lawful to accept his money.
