Should I Skip Halaq and Cut My Hair Regularly?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I am living in Saudi Arabia and used to go for Umrah quite often. If we do Umrah 3-4 times in a year; (1) It is permissible not to do halaq but a regular hair cutting? (2) If not done halaq as in the past, what are the consequences of living with wife? (3) What should be done before going for next Umrah if last Umrah was not done properly?

Answer

(Fatwa: 357/261/D=1434)

(1) If the hair is longer than one finger tip then it is correct to cut it equal to one finger tip. But if the hair is shorter than one finger tip then it is necessary to shave it. This is necessary after each Umrah.
(2) It is haram. Dam (slaughtering of animal) shall be wajib.
(3) Why it was not valid, write the complete detail.
