Is it permissible to do wudhu in reverse order (hands, legs, face, then kulli)?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I want to know that if a person does wudhu reverse like first he washes his full hands then legs then face then does kulli. Is the wudhu correct or wrong what is the ruling according to the holy Quran and Hadith.

Answer

(Fatwa: 302/195/L=1434)

Tartib (order) is not fardh in wudhu. Hence if one does wudhu as per the method mentioned above then his wudhu shall be alright. However, it is Sunnah to do wudhu as per the Quranic order. Hence in this case he shall be leaving the sunnah.
