Is not keeping a beard a sin?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I have a strong will (niyah) to keep beard but I have a fear that will I be successful to keep it for always. How much big sin is not to keep beard? I am afraid, lest in future, I remove my beard. Please guide me what should I do? If a person who does not keep beard, will Allah not accept his good deeds, salah, zakah, Hajj and any other small ibadah? Should we wait till my iman be stronger for this? Please reply me as soon as possible. I am in confusion.

(Fatwa: 185/315/N=1434)

This hadith is mentioned in Bukhari as well as Muslim (Mishkah, p. 33). It means one should maintain the interest of the people while preaching i.e. it should not be too long to get people bored, rather it should be as long as people are interested. But the system of tablighi Jamah is like a complete syllabus and in order to gain from any syllabus it is necessary that all its terms and conditions are fulfilled. If a student of any madrasa attends some classes and misses some then he cannot succeed and cannot benefit from the course. Likewise, until you are not attached to all the activities of the tablighi Jamah you cannot benefit from it fully. The reason you get bored is that till now you are not completely aware of the importance and need of tablighi Jamah. Hence you should try to understand its importance and necessity.
