Is it permissible for one brother to give interest money to another?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
We are four brothers and not separated but each brother is earning his own money by business, employment but our one brother is weak by earning side. If one brother has interest money can he give the money to his own brother? Please guide me.

Answer

(Fatwa: 1438/913/L=1433)

If your brother is entitled to receive zakah i.e. he does not possess gold, silver, cash and the goods which are more than essential needs that altogether do not reach up to 52.5 tola silver (nearly 613 gram), then you can give your brother the amount of interest without the intention of reward.
