Answer
(Fatwa: 645/602/N=1433)
(1) The urine of man is nijasat ghalizah (major impurity). If it is smeared with the body or cloth and it spread equal to the area of one dirham (rupee) or less then it is forgiven, and if one offered salah without washing it his salah shall be valid but it is makrooh tahrimi to offer salah without washing it when it is equal to one rupee and makrooh tanzihi in case it is less than that.
قال فى الدر (مع الرد كتاب الطهارة باب الأنجاس 1: 520-523 ط زكريا ديوبند): وعفا الشارع عن قدر درهم وإن كره تحريما فيجب عسله وما دونه تنزيها فيسن وفوقه مبطل ففرض ….. في رقيق من مغلظة كمعذرة آدمي وكذا كل ما خرج منه موجبا لوضوء أو غسل مغلظ اهـ
(2) Madhi is also nijasat ghalizah and it carries the same ruling as mentioned above.
