Can I use interest from my SB account to pay my income tax and zakah?

I have interest money with me, lying in my SB account [this is not fixed deposit but interest received on SB account given by the bank without my demand. Can I use this money to pay my income tax? NOTE: I am also paying my zakah out of my halal earnings.

Answer

(Fatwa: 164/164/M=1433)

It is allowable to pay income tax with the interest money received from government bank.
