As salamualaikum!! what is the Islamic ruling in case of a person who does amaliyath (black magic)against others.Does it really effect them? Is there any book which gives information about amaliyath (black magic)and method of protection against it?

(1) It is haram to do amaliyat (black magic) against someone.
(2) Yes, other people are affected by it. Also it was done on the holy Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) and he was affected by it throughout his later life.
(3) I am unaware of black magic and its removal. You should consult any good Amil. I only consider reciting قل اعوذ برب الفلق and قل اعوذ برب الناس enough.
