What about islamic view regarding job in bank? Most people say it is not good to work in bank as it is based on interest system. Please guide. Best regards!

Writing interest record is also haram as giving and taking interest is haram. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has cursed all those people who involve in interest:
عن جابر رضي اللہ عنہ: لعن رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم آکل الربوا و مؤکلہ و کاتبہ و شاھدیہ، و قال: ھم سواء (رواہ مسلم في صحیحہ 2/27)
Therefore, a bank employment which involves writing interest accounts will not be permissible. Yes, the employment as peon, cleaner, gateman etc may be allowed but not better.
