Is it permissible under shariah to make short announcements regarding masjid finances and forthcoming events after finishing the english bayaan but before the first azaan for Friday Prayers?

In your mosque, English speech is before first Azaan, after first Azaan the people pray Sunnah salah, then second Azaan and Khutba take place; if the order is so then short and necessary announcements can be made provided it causes no delay in second Azaan and there is no fear of any disturbance.
