What are the rulings regarding walking in front of people when they are praying in a mosque?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
assalam alykum. Please guide about the rulings regarding passing through infront of others while they are in salah, in mosque. jazakallah khair

Answer

(Fatwa: 262/262=M/1429)

It is sinful to pass in front of a musalli (person praying salah). If a person is praying in open field or big mosque then one can pass in front of him after three rows, but in small mosques it is not allowable. If a person is sitting just in front of a musalli he can move his right or left.
