Is it permissible in Islam to donate one’s all body parts after death?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I WANT TO DONATE MY ALL BODY PARTS AFTER MY DEATH. IS IT PERMITTED IN ISLAM ? CANT IT DONATE TO OTHER THAN MUSLIM?

Answer

(Fatwa: 941/941=M/1430)

We are not the owner of our body parts; therefore we cannot handle it as our property neither in lifetime nor after death, thus according to Islam, donating the body parts is unlawful and invalid.
