Will my wife & son pray Qsr Salah in Aligarh & full in Bahraich?

I am working in Saudia. My native place is BAHRAICH(UP). My wife is from ALIGARH(UP). I have one Baligh Son. My Question is, When I visit India on vacation then, will I pray Qsr Salah in Aligarh and full in Bahraich? and where my wife and my son pray Qsr salah and where both pray full?

Answer

(Fatwa: 422/D=123/K=1431)

(1) Aligarh will not be your native place (watan asli) only due to marriage, but it is necessary that after marriage you settle your wife there permanently. If the matter is not thus, then whenever you visit Aligarh while noting having intenion to stay for fifteen days then you shall perform Qasr salah, while in your native place i.e. Bahraich though you intend to stay less than fifteen days you will have to pray full salah.

أو موضع تأهل بها و قصده التعيش به لا الارتحال (فتح القدير: 2/43)

(2) Are you staying in Saudi Arabia with your family or they stay back in India? If they reside in India where they live whether in Aligarh or Bahraich, as well as what is the birth place of your son Bahraich or anywhere else? Explain it then insha-Allah you will be answered.
