Do I need to shorten my prayers when travelling to Bangladesh?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I live in US now. I will be travelling to Bangladesh sometime in the future. My father lives there and we will stay with him when I am there. Would I be shortening my prayers there? The city we will be living is also the city in which I married my wife! From there I will be visiting my relatives at different cities. Will I have to shorten my prayers?

Answer

(Fatwa: 1088/671/L=1433)

If Bangladesh where your father lives is your birthplace then it shall be your native place and you shall become muqim as soon as you reach there and you shall offer complete salah. If you travel from that place to less than 77.25 kms then too you shall offer complete salah.

Note: If you have terminated the nationality of Bangladesh completely and stay along with your family in America as well as you do not have any property in Bangladesh then submit the question again.
