Whether land donated for a mosque with the condition of using it as for no jammat then can it be used for a particular jammat? 2. can darse quran and darse hadis can be given by a maulana who is not qualifed but he has spent his life in this field?

(Fatwa: 2109/1694=B/1429)
(1) The Fiqh scholars have laid down this rule: مراعاة غرض الواقفين واجبة. It means that anything endowmednt directed to a particular purpose should necessarily be used for that very purpose. Therefore, if the land has been endowed for a mosque, it should compulsorily be used for the same, it is unlawful to use it for any other purpose.
(2) It is not allowed for uneducated person to organize dars of the Quran or Hadith. It should be done by Ulama only.
