If a woman touches a naa baaligh boy with lust does the boys father become haraam on her?

Hurmat-e-Musaharat can take place only after buloogh (puberty) or adolescence.
کما فی الدر المختار: وکذا تشترط الشھوۃ فی الذکر، فلو جامع غیر مراھق زوجۃ ابیہ لم تحرم
In the abovementioned case, if the boy is not adolescent (he has not begun feeling lust), then touching such a boy with lust will neither cause hurmat nor will the touching woman be haram for his father.
