Zayna is an Arabic word which means: nice, adoration. You can keep this name for your daughter, but still it is better to keep names like Fatimah, Khudaijah, Ayishah, Ruqayyah, Kulsoom, Habibah, Khansa, Maryam and other Sahabiyat.
