What is the better choice: continue working in the company or invest a portion of salary in a new job?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
AssalamuAlaikum, Allah has made me a software engineer by profession.Currently working in a reputed software company in India. I want to leave this company and start my own work as I do not feel my Iman each time so strong that I may be able to violate the cultures of the company which are not according to sharia like wearing pent shirt, Answering greetings of Na Maharam. Also things like the mendatory insurance component in the salary which I do not want to subscribe for, still deducted from my salary. In short these and some other things inspire me to start my own job.My parents have taken loan from bank. The loan includes interest terms also..Allah helps them to repay the loan via me.(However I am not the only source but Allah has made me as a major contributor towards repayment of the loan). Is this okay If I ask My parents to give me few months (2-3) to collect money by the salary instead of giving them and made investment in new work? However I have talked already to my parents about it that this new work may require some investment of a good portion of 2-3 months salary and they have given there consent. So the first question is what is better?Should I continue to work in the company and made small investments towards the own work (Which I feel a long process). Or go with the instant investment by putting the portion of salary towards new job which Allah gives currently to my parents via me.Ofcaurse success will be there only if Allah wills. My second question is regarding the new work I wants to start. InshaAllah it will be website based work initially. The plan is to provide a internet based facility to people where people can learn by there and other people’s learnings. Learning means any learning what people may put on the website.Hence this learning can be according to sharia and opposite to sharia also. Like one people my place his/her learning as “Speak truth even in tough situation” and another one may place his learning as “Alcohol is good for health”.So people may read both wrong and right learnings also.In addition the learnings can be of any other type also like business learning etc. Its like an opinion of someone by his/her experience. So the second question is such service/website allowed. The third question is about charging the people who use this service. Someone may be allowed to pay amount(as a fees of using this website) if He/She feels that he/she has benefitted via this website. So its upto that “Somebody” whether he wants to pay for the use website or not. Is such earning halal,(Please let me know even if its halal but undesirable)? Also should I set a maximum amount which a person can pay if he/she wills to pay? Please consider the use of this website for business organizations also where it becomes obligatory chargable.

(Fatwa: 1242/1242=H-1429)

The proposed business you are planning includes plentiful wrong even un-Islamic and unlawful things, and it is difficult for you to save yourself from those things. In this case, the present job in the company sounds better. It is a principle of Hadith and Fiqh that when there are two troubles to confront with and there is no way out except choosing one of them, then chose one which is lighter and easier. So, you should keep doing the job in the company and also keep on doing repentance and seek forgiveness from Allah exceedingly. When you find good job free form unlawfulness then leave the company job.
