Is it permissible to recite Qur’an Sharif while leaning against the headboard of one’s bed?

If there is any problem, there is no wrong in reciting the Quran while leaning against headboard:
وقال الحافظ ابن کثیر: اي لایکلف أحدا فوق طاقتہ و ھذا من لطفہ تعالی بخلقہ و رأفتہ بھم وإحسانہ إلیھم (تفسیر ابن کثیر 1:457)
But, if one does it without any problem and excuse, then it is against the etiquettes and curtsey:
ولا تقعدوا علی مکان أرفع مما علیہ القرآن (حیوۃ المسلمین 54)
