Is it must to wear kurta pyjama and topi, and is it mandatory to keep beard and how long the beard should be?

It is not necessary to wear kurta pajama and cap, but this kind of dress was liked by the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم)as it is mentioned in hadith. Also, it is simplest dress:
عن ام سلمۃ قالت: کان أحب الثیاب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم القمیص [مشکاۃ: 374] قال رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم: من ترک لبس ثوب جمال و ھو یقدر علیہ و فی روایۃ تواضعاً کساہ اللہ حلۃ الکرامۃ [مشکاۃ: 375] قلت یا رسول اللہ! أو أنک لتلبس السراویل؟ قال: أجل فی السفر والحضر باللیل والنھار فانی أمرت بالستر فلم أر شیئاً أستر منہ [مجمع الزوائد: 5/122]
It is necessary to keep beard (at least one fist).
