I Want to start a business of making shirts.The business is that i will bring cloth from market and than make a good paterned designer shirts and than distribute that shirts to retailers.Is making and wearing shirts allowed in islam.

Today Muslims generally wear shirts and now it is no more worn by any particular community; therefore making shirts and dealing in shirts will be allowable. Yes, it is necessary to avoid designings containing picture of any living being since it is unlawful to make pictures of any living being:
إن التصویر یحرم ولو کانت الصورۃ صغیرۃ لأن علۃ حرمۃ التصویر المضاھاۃ لخلق اللہ (الشامی: 2/417)
But, dealing in such shirts (which have pictures on it) is makrooh (undesirable).
