I am facing a lot of back pain and also neck pain running towards my fingers which is known as SLIP DISC. kindly give me some dua so that I regain a good health and strong body because of this my life is getting very badly affected.

Recite the following dua seven times turning towards Allah wholeheartedly and sincerely and with the belief that you shall get cured with this dua, and blow on your body:
أسأل اللہ العظیم رب العرش العظیم أن یشفینی
