Is ghusl needed after trans vaginal sonography with covered probe and gel, and after intercourse?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Is ghusl necessary in following cases? (1) If a woman undergoes a trans vaginal sonography (the probe that is inserted in the vagina is covered with an unused condom and ultrasound gel is applied on it). (2) If the husband inserts a vaginal tablet inside wife’s vagina without lust and no intercourse follows. (3) Also the vaginal tablet when starts dissolving in vagina it releases a fluid for almost till half of day. In such case is salah without ghusl valid? Also will wudhu be valid on release of such fluid continuously? (4) During the last month of pregnancy while doing the check up if the doctor inserts her finger to check the vaginal opening. Also it would be very grateful if you can provide with some amal for conceiving a baby.

(Fatwa: 495/475/N=1433)

(1) Ghusl shall not be fardh in any case mentioned above.
(2) For conceiving you can do this practice: take forty cloves and recite the following ayah on each clove seven times:
And the day the woman becomes tahir (clean) from her menstruating period she should eat 1-1 clove for forty days without a gap, and she should not drink water at all after eating the clove, and during this period the husband and wife should have intercourse as well, they shall have child, in-shaAllah. Also the husband and wife should keep on reciting the following dua extensively:
