Should we deny, donate, or accept projects with living creatures or religious buildings?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
We have a business of 3d view(images) designing of all type of buildings(Residential bungalows, apartment, shops, hotel etc). We just design exterior(outer) part of the buildings. Normally we avoid using the images of living creatures in our designing and we also avoid to design any other buildings like Mandir, Guru duara, Cinema Hall etc. But sometimes some clients demand to use living creature images in their views(images) to make it live and sometimes they assign us to do some Mandir or these type of other projects. Now what should we do? 1) Simply deny to work on such projects by making them convinced. In this case there is a risk to lose the client. 2) Work on the projects and do ‘SADKA’ of the earned amount from the project with or without the intention of ‘SAWAB’. 3) or Simply do it because it happens hardly with only 2-5% projects in a year. Please reply as soon as possible.

You can do the job of making designs in a temple, gurudwara, cinema hall and it shall be lawful for you to take the money. But you should not make the design of any living being and make excuse for the same or get it made by someone else. However, you can work on lawful projects. After all, it is necessary to avoid unlawful jobs. It is also not lawful to do any unlawful job with the intention of sadaqah.
