sir my mother and wife are distributed on the any matter my mother say to me given him talk I have 3 childern I refused . now my mother say that you take feed of my mother (Nani Aman)and this wife is illegally. your nakkah is broken my mother say i take oath so what i can do?

(Fatwa: 1393/1325=B/1430)
In order to establish the fostering of grandmother, it is necessary to have witness of two men, the witness of your mother only is not sufficient. If the wife is better in her morals and conducts, do not give her talaq, in this case it is not necessary to obey mother.
