Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem. Assalaamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu, I need answer to the following question within three days please. Is performing salah at non-Muslim’s house permissible? Please answer to this question within three days. Jazakallah khairan wassalaamu alaikum.

(Fatwa: 113/113=M)

It is allowed to pray salah in non-Muslim’s house provided the place where salah is offered is tahir (pure/clean):

وفی الدر المختار: ھی طھارۃ بدنہ من حدث و خبث و ثوبہ و مکانہ ای موضع قدمیہ او احداھما ان رفع الاخری، و موضع سجودہ اتفاقاً فی الاصح الخ۔
