does wearing pant below ankle is a sign of proudness? if not,is it permitted to wear dress below ankle?

Answer

(Fatwa: 305/278=B/1430)

Yes, it is sign of arrogance to wear pyjama, lungi or pant below ankles, this is the way of the arrogant; it is not allowed to wear dress below ankles. Allah will not have a look of mercy upon such person.
