Is it a requirement for Hanafi women to pray Isha in the last third portion of the night?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Somebody told me it is afzal for a hanafi woman to pray Isha in the last third portion of the night ? Is that true ?

Answer

(Fatwa: 1376/1376/M=1431)

It is not right because after midnight, the time of Isha turns makrooh and the rewards are lessened; hence, one should not delay the isha salah to that time. However, it is better to offer Isha salah before one-third part of night passes. Yes, if one has any excuse, it is different matter. This ruling is for all whether male or female.
و تاخير العشاء إلى ما قبل ثلث الليل مستحب و إلى ما بعده إلى نصف الليل مباح و إلى ما بعده إلى طلوع الفجر مكروه إذا كان بغير عذر (منيه).
