Asalamualaikum 1-Regarding playing carrom board in answer 3081 in english you mention its permissible and in answer 6850 in urdu you mention its makrooh tahreemi why does the answers conflict each other? 2-Is it permissible to play carrom board if a person obeys the laws of shariah and sell Carrom board to others? could you please give a answer which is certain.

There is no contradiction in both the answers. In the answer 3081, playing carom board occasionally for entertainment and discarding boredom has been declared allowable, it is not made allowed without any condition; rather it is allowable only when the conditions mentioned in the fatwa are met. On the other hand, the answer 6850 was given in cases when the conditions are not fulfilled.
(2) It is allowable to play with the conditions mentioned in answer 3081 and it is makrooh to sell it to others.
