Answer

(Fatwa: 371/340=B/1430)

First, wear ihram on meeqat (the ihram points) or before it i.e. perform wudhu and two rak?ah salah, pray and make intention:

اللھم انی ارید العمرۃ فیسرہ لی

Then, recite labbaik (لبیک). Thereafter, go to makkah and perform seven rounds of tawaf. After performing tawaf, offer two rak?ah salah at Maqam Ibrahim. Then, perform s?ee (march) between Safa and Marwah, and shave the head. Now the umrah is complete and you came out of ihram. Men should wear unstitched lungi and sheet, and get their entire head shaved, while the women will cut their hair equal to two fingertips. Men will uncover their head while the women will cover theirs.
