What is the Islamic ruling on selling land/home at government or market prices?

Assala-o-alaikum If some want to sell his/her land/home etc there is a two prices one the government prices and other is market prices so plz tell in this situation what I have to do according to Islamic law

(Fatwa: 1218/1218/M=1431)

Man is independent to sell the things (land, house etc) he owns. He can sell it on whatever price he wishes. There is no rate fixed by Shariah. However, it is against mercy and honour to earn excessive profit to an extent that considered misappropriation (open deception). One also should avoid from violating the law.
