A flat in Makkah is occupied for some 6 months during the year commencing Rajab until the Dhul Hajj.During this time the rent is multiplied many times than the routine rent. Is the rental income halal?

If you own nisab you have to pay zakah of the capital and profit both.
(2) As it is unlawful for a bank employee to write interest accounts likewise it is unlawful to give interest loans, and the charge of unlawful work is unlawful.
