Do Deobandi scholars allow offering at the time of?

I have heard that we can offer Chasht at the time of Ishraq? Is it true? Do some deobandi scholar allow this?

The time of Chasht Salah also starts 20 minutes after the sunrise. The Ishraq Salah time also starts at the same point. So, if you performed Chasht Salah at Ishraq time then it is right, Shariah allows it.
