After marriage at my husband house i was treated very badly by him and by his mother and sisters his mother also involved in “sifli” she usually drop dirty water in food also put her nails and dirt of her body in cooked food she usually wash her foots and that water used in drinking water my husband didnot do any thing to stop her my husnabd want me to get closer to his own elder brother and his brother infront of him done bad things with me it was quite difficult for me to live there I had left his house since seven years back from that time i m living in my mothers house with my two kids I am earning for my kids my husband was not taking care for us since then seven years have been passed he dont even know what we are doing for living i have applied for Fasq in Darulqaza one year back they have sent three notices to him but he didnot reply one complete year have been passed please tell me what to do ?can u please tell me that a women in Islam do not have any choice or self respect.?After seven years still I have to wait for his reply?

You should only consult Shariah Darul Qaza. If the guilt of your husband is proved, Darul Qaza will have the right to revoke the nikah according to shariah. If they revoke your nikah in the light of Shariah proofs, you shall be free to marry someone else. Also, you have rights to ask for the expenses of both the children because the responsibility of children’s expense lies on father not mother.
