Who is the founder of so called ahle hadith oe gair muqallid sect and when?

(Fatwa: 717/713=N)

This sect originated in India in 1246 Hijra and the founder of the sect is Abdul Haq Banarasi who rebelled from Syed Ahmad Shaheed and Shah Ismail Shaheed. Syed Ahmad Shaheed expelled him from his Jamat and the Ulama of Haramain (noble Makkah and Medina) issued fatwa to kill him but he fled away from there. (Tanbeehuz Zaalleen 5 with reference of Angrez awr Ahl-e-Hadith: 17)
