My full name is Abdul Danish Pasha. Some body says me in an ijtima, its wrong.but he cant explain why. Please, reply me is it wrong or not? If it is wrong then suggest me what i change in my name.

The word Abd means slave and it is attributed to Allah or any name of Him only like Abdullah, Abdur Rahman, Abdur Rahim, Abdul Qadir, Abdud Daaem etc. And, attributing the word Abd to other than Allah is not right like Abdud Danish etc. Danish is not from amongst the names of Allah. Shortly, the person is right who guided you to change your name. It is better for you to change your name and choose another one. You may choose any from names mentioned above or any other good name.
